Glacier Hardening System, Model 600-E includes Ammonia Evaporator with Related Ammonia Refrigeration Evaporators, Conveyors & Controls

Glacier Includes the Following:
1.      Work Table
2.      Extruder
3.      Chain that carries the plates through the hardener
4.      Two sets of plates - One Flat & one dimple.  The dimple plates are for round sandwiches.  The flat plates are for “Hockey” pucks.

Former Operation Notes:
Formerly used on Integrated Brands Products - Weight Watcher 3” round sandwiches -  (equipment was used for placing sandwich wafers on dimple plates - similar to Skinny Cow sandwiches).  This machine would place one wafer on the plate and after the ice cream was deposited on the wafer another wafer was placed on the top & removal of sandwich by “clam shell” closer / picker. The box has a solid stainless steel floor in it for ease of cleaning & sanitizing.

Refrigeration Notes:
Novelty Products Freezing System -  Ran at -60 Degree F -
General Notes - Refrigeration coil is rated at 23,000 BTUH per degree TD.  (Note: If you were running a 12 degree temperature difference between the suction and room temperature, it would be a 23 ton unit).  Also Includes (4) - 36” fans @ 3 HP x 1740 rpm each rated for a total of 60,000 CFM.

Not Currently In Operation - Totally Rebuilt by WCB in 2003 - Including New Work Table & Chains with a Cost of Over $300K - Operated Less than (1) Year on Rebuilt
